Best & Finest provides event planning, coordination, entertainment booking, nightlife experiences, transportation coordination, accommodations assistance, hospitality services, and related private event services. Certain services may be delivered directly by Best & Finest while others may involve independent providers or partners.
All clients and participants must be at least 18 years of age to book or participate in services offered through Best & Finest.
Some reservations require a booking fee. Booking fees are generally non-refundable and are deducted from the final price of the event or service. Specific booking requirements may vary depending on the services selected.
Payments may be accepted through e-transfer and other payment methods. Certain services may require direct payment to individual service providers on the day of the event.
Clients should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. While 48 hours' notice is preferred whenever reasonably possible, requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements are not guaranteed and depend on the circumstances and commitments already made.
Best & Finest reserves the right to refuse service or terminate arrangements in situations involving illegal activity, violence, harassment, threats, unsafe behavior, or conduct that may place clients, staff, or participants at risk.
Best & Finest carefully selects and coordinates service providers; however, some services are performed by independent parties. While we strive to ensure quality experiences, Best & Finest is not responsible for the independent actions, conduct, decisions, or performance of third parties.
Best & Finest may publish photographs, testimonials, or media related to events for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise by the client. Clients and guests may not photograph, record, or distribute images or videos of staff, performers, entertainers, or service providers without their consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best & Finest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in events or the use of services arranged through the company.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian laws.
